Silver Sneakers – A class designed to meet the needs of the seniors with low impact cardio moves, light resistance training, stretching and cool down.

The teacher, Karen Gagnier is an OM Women Cancer Survivor and Kripalu certified instructor, and is a cancer survivor herself. Through yoga, Karen has discovered a great way to strengthen the immune system, reduce stress, and help manage the side effects of chemotherapy, surgery, and radiation. The class offers breathing exercises, arm stretches, strength building sequences, balancing work, and restorative poses. The classes are every Tuesday from 1:30-2:45.
